Luxury Rail Accommodation
ADG provided interior design for new luxury “Platinum Class” accommodation carriages for Great Southern Rail.
The cabins feature a full size double bed, which retracts during the day to provide a lounge type cabin complete with coffee table and ottomans. The design provides each cabin with unprecedented rail luxury in a full ensuite with glass fronted shower cubicle, vanity area and WC.
ADG designed cabin finishes and features including custom furniture, fixtures, and a splash minimising vanity sink.
As fabrication continued we also embarked on the development, design and specification of a new service level package including a leather passenger trip journal, signature towels and linen, custom bedding development, monogrammed cushions, selection of all food service utensils, flatware and tableware, selection of ensuite consumables and toiletries, guest amenity items and the development of branded guest comfort items.
